COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE. PRICE LESS THAN LAND ROVER SO THAT IS A PLUS. HARD TO FIND ANYBODY THAT CAN WORK ON BRITISH CARS. GAVE US A LOANER CAR, CAR WASH JUST LIKE THE DEALERS.

I felt like Carmine's was honest and up front with us, asked questions when any clarification was needed, and tried hard to keep our cost down. Our car ended being in the shop for about 2 weeks, though, which was a hardship for us.

Sometimes special parts like a new instrument panel can be difficult to access. Once we got it though it was a breeze and everything programmed well. We hope to see you again in the future. - Carmine

Amazingly comprehensive evaluation of my vehicle! Impressive method of relaying such via email. Confusingly high costs for repairs. I was able to get the repair done for $300.00 less at the Mercedes dealership. The dealership is usually the worst option for an economical repair.

Plus you have our 4 Year, 50,000 mile warranty to look forward to. I know a lot of great dealerships and they are not the worse by far. I would recommend you always compare apples to apples. It sounds like you showed them an estimate and they gave you a much lower price just to get you in the door and probably lost money in the process. We don't operate that way but would love to earn your business in the future if you are looking for service beyond any other you have experienced. The technicians at a dealership will never be able to offer what we can. They work off commission so eventually they will get your $300 back. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us in the future. We are looking for a loyal, long term relationship with a customer looking for overall value. - Carmine

Friendly staff. However pricing is comparable to dealer pricing and I would rather them do the work if cost is the same. I will not return.

Thank you for your business Mike. Our prices are typically 10-15% less than the MINI dealership or more. Especially MINI. Some items may be loser but the dealership cannot match our value of service. They cannot come close. With a standard 3 year warranty and a 4 year, 50k mile warranty with service there is no other shop in the Triad that can compare. I do thank you for the feedback.
